Here’s what to do if you think your vehicle was damaged:

  • Contact us directly at: riskmanagement@artsenservice.com
  • We’ll guide you through the process and request an estimate from a certified mechanic.
  • Submit your documentation along with the repair estimate.
  • Our team will review the information. If we confirm the issue was caused by our fuel, we’ll reimburse you or your repair shop directly.

We take fuel quality seriously and are dedicated to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.

Artsen Service Center reserves the right to investigate all claims and approve or deny them based on the evidence.
